4. j) Exclusion: Buyer is responsible to complete all necessary civil works as per provided 3 phase power supply before the start of installation work. In case the buyer fails to complete the above works in a stipulated time which causes financial losses. The small provide adequate space for the lift and accompanying accessories brought to the site and ensure safety and security for those until installation is over. 7. Reliable Multiple safety devices:

   a) Construction of lift shaft, machine room shaft ceiling according to manufacturer’s layout, drawing, shaft
   structure and shaft cladding to be supplied and designed by others ( if required).
   b)  Ventilation and air conditioning of machine room and hoistway, the temperature must be between +5 and
   +40 degree.
   c)            Lighting and socket-outlet in the machine room.
   d)           Power supply machine room up to the main switch of lift and supply of the main switch.

   f)        Temporary power supply (outlet) at landing in the immediate vicinity of the shaft, if power outlet in machine
